Summary:

The providers section allows account users to add medical and service providers to the provider list of the client account.

Usage:

To add a provider click the button ‘Add Provider.’ Doing so will bring up a form where a provider type must be selected. Once the provider type is selected the data input form will change to the reflect the type. General information is gathered such as names, addresses, email, phone, website, etc. Once the required fields on the form are completed the button titled ‘Create Provider’ will be able to be clicked.
