Summary:

The ‘Overview’ section of Customer Support displays the metrics of the users on the application. The metrics include total number of active users, client accounts, partner accounts, and organizations. The information is further broken down into the latest client accounts, partner accounts, users, open tickets, and transactions. The total number of users currently online is also displayed here.

Usage:

Interaction with this page is limited to clicking on any of the sections listed above and having the application transition the user to that specific section of Customer Support. The page will display how many new client accounts, partner accounts, or users that have been added within a specific time frame (i.e., within the past day).

There is a small pencil symbol next to each of the records listed under the latest accounts sections, which if clicked on will open a modal to allow the user to edit that specific client record, partner record, or user record. The pages information can also be filtered to be within the last day, last 3 days, etc. This can be done by clicking on a time frame in the drop-down menu of the ‘Date Filter’ in the top right corner of the page.
