Summary:

The ‘CE Management’ section of Customer Support is broken up into two subsections titled ‘States’ and ‘Earned Credits.’ The ‘States’ subsection includes complete listings of all states that are registered to provide CE credits through the Hope Trust training courses. The ‘Earned Credits’ subsection includes the complete listings of all partners who have completed the training and have earned CE credits. Each state that is listed in the ‘States’ subsection will display the state name, course number, status as either being ‘Active’ or ‘Inactive,’ how many partners from each state passed, the average score of the partner’s tests for that state, course renewal date, provider renewal date, and the date in which the state listing was updated.

Each partner that is listed in the ‘Earned Credits’ subsection will include the partner’s name, their resident state, status as being either ‘Active’ or ‘Inactive,’ whether they have passed the final exam or not, their final exam score, and the date the partner completed the final exam. This page allows a Customer Support user to filter through or search through all states and all partners and edit any state record.

Usage:

On these subsections a Customer Support user can see if a registered state’s course renewal or provider renewal date is impending or expired. The renewal dates would be outlined in red if they are about to expire or have expired. On the ‘Earned Credits’ subsection each partner’s individual results from the courses and final exam can be viewed by clicking on ‘Results’ next to the partner’s listing. The Customer Support user must manually edit and update each State’s record when the state has been renewed.
