Summary:

When a new client account is created, the ‘Hope Care Plan’ section will only have one survey displayed. Once the first ‘Getting Started’ survey is completed, the remaining surveys will populate within the section. A free client account will only have access to the first two surveys, while a paid account will have access to all of the surveys. The ‘Trust’ survey will only be accessible if the ‘Trust Generation’ additional service is purchased for the account.

If the client doesn’t have access to certain surveys (whether it be because they are on a Free Plan, or the client’s identified gender doesn’t grant them access to certain topics) the survey tile will display with a lock symbol stating they have no access.

Usage:

When a client opens a survey that has not been opened yet, the first question on every survey is used to designate the level of detail that the survey will have. This will be represented by the number of questions given to the user in that survey. Once this is chosen, the user can go through and answer the associated questions. Once the survey is done the user will have the option to close the survey.

If the user leaves the survey modal open and they become idle, every minute the survey will automatically save the progress made. If the user needs to stop before the survey is completed, the user can manually save the progress made so far by clicking the ‘Save Progress’ button then close the survey by clicking the ‘Close Survey’ button. This will allow the user to pick back up exactly where they left off.

Every time the user clicks the ‘Next’ button and advances to the next page of the survey, their previously entered data saves automatically. Survey tiles will also display their status, display a timestamp of when it was last updated, and display the name of the user who was last in the survey. The survey status that will display are 'Not Started,' 'In Progress,' and 'Complete.'
