Summary:

The ‘Client Accounts’ section of Customer Support will display the full list of all beneficiary client account records on the application. Each listing will display the account name, their plan type, their subscription ID, how many members are a part of their account, and the date created. This page allows a user to filter through or search through all client account records and edit any specific record.

Usage:

On this section a Customer Support user can manage memberships and edit client account records. Those topics are discussed further in their respective sections of this ReadMe document.

On each client record there is a designation called ‘Members’ for each client account record and will have a number in that designated area. This number represents the number of users associated or linked to that client account. All client account records will always have at least ‘1’ member of the account, which is the user who created the client account, usually the grantor or beneficiary. If a Customer Support user was to click on the number on the client account record, they will be brought to the ‘Users’ section of Customer Support and the user records of that client account will be displayed.

For more information on the Users section of Customer Support, please see that section of this ReadMe document.
