Summary:

Any document that is input into the ‘Document Vault’ can be edited or deleted.

Usage:

To view, edit, or delete a document, a user would need to click ‘Open’ on the folder that contains the document they wish to manage. Inside the folder the user has the option to view, edit, or delete a document.

By clicking on ‘View’ the user will open up the scanned image or picture of the document. If ‘Edit’ is clicked the user can edit the information or location of the document. Clicking ‘Delete’ will remove the document from the vault. If a document is deleted, and that document is the only one in a folder, the folder itself will also be deleted.
