Summary:

The generate documents feature allows a user to generate the Care Plan document or trust document (if applicable), based on any amount of data that has been entered into any Hope Care Plan surveys. The four types of documents that can be generated include a ‘Full Care Plan,’ ‘Financial Overview,’ ‘Health Overview,’ and ‘Trust.’

The ‘Full Care Plan’ button generates a Care Plan document based on any data that has been entered into any Hope Care Plan Survey minus the ‘Trust’ survey.

The ‘Financial Overview’ button and ‘Health Overview’ button generate documents based on the data entered into their respective survey types only.

The ‘Trust’ button will generate a special needs trust, and will only be available should the user have purchased ‘Special Needs Trust Generation’ from the ‘Additional Services’ marketplace. The special needs trust document will only include information from the ‘Trust’ survey.

Usage:

The user must have started or completed surveys in the ‘Hope Care Plan’ section of the portal in order to have the data to generate the documents. Once the specific document type is selected by the user, the document will open through a modal on the application. The user can then save the documents as PDF files, or the Trust as a Word document. When information is changed on the surveys, the user must re-generate the documents to have the updated information reflected in the documents.
