Summary:

When any user is completing client or partner registration they will have to go through multiple stages of registration. Each stage is enclosed within separate pages that can be navigated to by using the ‘Next’ and ‘Previous’ buttons. Each time a user transitions to a new stage of registration the data entered by the user on that page’s fields will be captured and input into the corresponding fields on that user’s HubSpot contact.

If a user is to repeat a stage of registration and change any data, the data captured by HubSpot will reflect those changes.

If a client account is created on the application a deal will automatically be created in the ‘B2C Pipeline’ in HubSpot with the corresponding data input by the user. The same process applies to a new partner account, with the deal being created under the ‘B2B Pipeline’ on HubSpot.

Once registration is complete any data that is changed on a user’s account either by the user or through Customer Support by a Hope Trust employee, will be changed on HubSpot as well.
