Summary:

This feature is in any client and partner account and is located under the ‘Profile’ subsection of the ‘Settings’ section. This feature is not active upon any account creation and needs to be activated and set up, if the user chooses. Multifactor Authentication allows for a user to connect their cell phone to receive a text message with a code that the user will need to verify before they can log into their account.

Usage:

To use this feature a user’s cell phone number needs to be entered into the data field titled ‘Mobile.’ Once the number is entered the user needs to click on ‘Update.’ The user can then click on ‘Send Code’ which will send a code to the user’s cell phone that the user can enter into the new field that has populated once the button is clicked. The user will then need to click on ‘Verify’, once completed that cell phone number is now verified to belong to the user. The user then must click on ‘Turn On’ to activate multifactor authentication.

To turn off this feature, a user can return to this page and click on ‘Turn Off.’
