Summary:

This feature will display which users are online on the application at a given time. This is done by a series of colored dots next to each user’s avatar picture on their user record. The colored dots on the avatar of user records will display as red if a user is offline, yellow if a user is online but is idle, or green indicating that the user is online and active on the application.

A user will automatically be set to idle if the user has clicked into another tab on their browser or minimized the browser that their account is on. The list of user records can also be filtered to only display user records who are online. If a user is online the button titled ‘Monitor’ will display on their user record as well. This button will open a window to the user’s corresponding LogRocket session.

Usage:

To only display user records of users that are online, the ‘# user(s) online now’ in the top left corner of the ‘Users’ section must be clicked on. The ‘#’ symbol will be set to a number that will be the number of users currently online. If the ‘Monitor’ button is clicked, a new tab with that user’s LogRocket session will be opened.
