Summary:

The ‘Organizations’ section of Customer Support will display the full list of all partner organization records on the application. Each listing will display the organization name, the prefix, associated partner type, total discount percentage, max usage, number of partners of the organization, and approval for MYTO use. This page allows a Customer Support user to filter through or search through all organization records and edit any specific record.

Usage:

Organizations that do not have their domains approved will appear at the top of the organization record list and have their records highlighted in red. The number of organizations with unapproved domains will also be displayed next to the ‘Organizations’ Section on the navigation bar on the left side of Customer Support.
