Summary:

Each partner account record contains information on how the partner account is integrated with that partner’s corresponding Stripe record, and display all the features that are in the partner account. Most of this information can be edited (Name and Resident state are greyed out).

Usage:

To edit a partner account record the ‘Edit’ button next to their name must be clicked. A modal titled ‘Account Update’ will display.

This modal contains information that is organized into sections. The ‘General’ section contains the listed name for the partner account as well as the ‘HubSpot Deal ID.’ The HubSpot Deal ID is what connects the partner’s account information to its respective deal on HubSpot, which allows any change of the partner account to be made automatically on their HubSpot deal.

The ‘Subscription ID’ is what links the partner account to its customer record on Stripe. The ‘Plan/Price ID’ is the ID of the specific plan that the partner account is on. The price of all plans are stored in Stripe, which is why it has its own ID. The ‘Account Value’ is the total monthly cost of the account on its respective plan. All accounts on ‘Free’ have an account value of 0, while accounts on a Paid Plan will have an account value of 500. The ‘Plan Name’ will either say ‘Free’ or ‘Preferred’ depending on the type of plan that the partner is currently on. ‘Max Cancellations’ are the number of subscription cancellations that the partner account is allotted. On any Paid Plan the partner will automatically have 5, while on a Free Plan the number will be 0. ‘Additional Seat Cost’ is the amount of money that each additional seat added to the partner plan that is over their allotted seat count will cost. The ‘Additional Seat Cost’ will be 50 if a partner account is on a Paid Plan and 0 if the partner account is on a Free Plan. The information in this section can be manually changed if a partner account is being manually transitioned to a different plan by Hope Trust employees.
