Summary:

The ‘Partner Accounts’ section of Customer Support will display the full list of all partner account records on the application. Each listing will display the organization name, account name, plan type, first and last name, email address, referral code, partner type, client amount, if they are an entity, and the date created. This page allows a customer support user to filter through or search through all partner account records and edit any specific record.

Usage:

On this section a Customer Support user can approve domains and edit partner account records. Those topics are discussed further in their respective sections of this ReadMe document.

On each partner record there is a designation called ‘Clients’ for each partner account record and will have a number in that designated area. This number represents the number of client accounts associated or linked to that partner account. If a Customer Support user was to click on the number on the partner account record, they will be brought to the ‘Client Accounts’ section of Customer Support and the client account records of that partner account will be displayed.
