Summary:

Throughout the application the search bar feature can be used to search through any data input by a client or a partner. In a client account, these sections include ‘My Accounts’, ‘Account Users’, ‘Providers’, ‘Medications,’ ‘Documents,’ and ‘Messages’ on a client account.

For a partner account the search bar is present in sections ‘Linked Accounts,’ ‘Subscriptions,’ and ‘Messages.’ The search bar feature is also present on Customer Support, being located in almost every single section.

Usage:

There are three different types of search bars on the application. Two of the search bar types including filtering the data by types, or by typing in the name of a piece of data to search for it.

A user can also select a letter from the Alphabet to sort data by a specific initial. The third type of search feature is by filtering the data by clicking on the up/down arrows next to the titles on the top of the data list. This will filter the data alphabetically or numerically related to the data under that title.
