Summary:

If a partner account is on a Paid Plan that includes a subscription with seats, the user of the partner account can manage any client accounts on their subscription. This can be done by removing users on their subscription seats.

All partner accounts on a Paid Plan will have five free subscription seat cancellations that are provided by default. Every partner account can cancel a client who is taking up a seat on their subscription and the five cancellations will allow a partner to remove the client account for free.

Any cancellations that are not used will be applied to the invoice of a partner should the partner decide to cancel their account subscription, meaning any remaining cancellations will remove the cost of a client account per cancellation from the invoice.

Usage:

All management of subscription seats can be done under the ‘Subscriptions’ subsection on a partner account ‘My Accounts’ section. Any client account that is on the partners’ subscription will be displayed under this section.

To cancel a subscription the partner would need to click on the ‘Cancel’ button next to the desired client account. A modal will display once clicked that will inform the partner of how many remaining cancellations the partner has left on their account prior to proceeding to cancel the client seat on the subscription. If a partner has used their five cancellations, they will be unable to remove any more client accounts from their subscription seat.

Hope Trust Customer Support has the ability to increase the number of cancellations a partner can receive on their account; this is further discussed in the ‘Partner Account Records’ section of this ReadMe document. If more cancellations are needed, the partner must discuss the reason with a Hope Trust employee for approval, or else a cancellation fee may be charged.
