Summary:

This feature can be found under the ‘Documents’ section of Customer Support. This feature functions the same as the ‘Partner Document Linking’ feature except for one difference. This feature allows the Customer Support user who uploads a document to designate the document as ‘Static’ which can upload the document to all clients, partners, or benefits accounts. The document would not be able to be edited or deleted across all these accounts by anyone other than a Hope Trust employee.

Usage:

Please see the Customer Support Document Linking section of this ReadMe document to see instructions on how to upload documents. To utilize the ‘Static’ document feature, in the ‘New Document Modal’ the checkbox must be checked. Once this box is checked a drop-down menu will appear and the Customer Support user can select which account type will receive the document.
